1. Identification

Registered with the General Justice Inspectorate (IGJ) under No. 28456/2026 and with the National Securities Commission (CNV) as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) No. 086/2026.
2. Purpose
These Terms govern the access to and use of the site, as well as the newsletter subscription about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. The site has an informational purpose: investment decisions, where applicable, are made exclusively through the private environments after identification and acceptance of the specific documentation of each project.
3. Users
To use the site you must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or a duly represented legal entity, with the legal capacity to assume obligations in accordance with Argentine law.
4. Investment risks
Investments channelled through collective financing platforms may not be guaranteed and entail risks linked to the development of the project, the construction timelines, the conditions of the Argentine real estate market and the macroeconomic situation. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (text, brand, logo, code and design) are the property of Arvexiqonyx S.R.L. or are licensed for use. Their total or partial reproduction is prohibited without express authorisation.
6. Acceptable use
The user undertakes not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to reverse engineer the platform and not to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to block accesses that breach these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". Arvexiqonyx S.R.L. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless otherwise required by a public order rule.
